There is no CapCut phone number
No phone number appears in CapCut's Help Center, its Terms of Service, or its App Store and Google Play listings. CapCut also has web pages with titles like "call us number", but those are template and search pages. They list no phone number.
Numbers you find on other websites, in search ads or in social media comments are not official. Treat them as possible scams. Do not give anyone who calls or texts about CapCut your password, a verification code or card details.

In the mobile app, third-party guides describe the path as the Me (profile) tab, then Settings, then Feedback and Help. The exact labels can differ between app versions.

- Paid on Android: contact Google Play, and cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
- Paid on capcut.com or in the desktop app: use CapCut's ticket form. CapCut's help center says subscriptions are generally not refundable, with exceptions such as being billed twice.

For business use, CapCut sells a Teams plan inside the product, and its commerce tool is now called Pippit, at pippit.ai. We found no dedicated sales phone line.
