Our commitment

Hooked does not send, and does not allow anyone to send on its behalf, unsolicited commercial email advertising hooked.so or any of its domains, including tryhooked.ai and vidme.ai. This applies to our own team, affiliates, partners and contractors.

Who we email

We send marketing email only to people who registered with Hooked or its predecessor services.

How we send

• Every message identifies Hooked as the sender.
• Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honored immediately.
• We send only to verified addresses.
• Addresses that bounce or report a message as spam are permanently suppressed.

Affiliates and partners

Affiliates and partners may not promote Hooked through unsolicited email. Anyone who does loses their account and all pending commissions.

Reporting abuse

If you received an unsolicited message that mentions Hooked or any of its domains, forward it with full headers to abuse@hooked.so. We investigate every report.
